SILVER LINING OUTREACH has a deep rooted
connection to the military. The Chief Executive
Officer served as a Staff Sergeant in the United
States Marine Corps and now with the New York
National Guard. He served his country proudly and
understands what servicemen and women go
through when away from HOME.
We have the unique ability to provide morale support
to the troops during those times of year when they
most need a little bit of HOME.
Along with the Honorable, New York State Senator,
Shirley L Huntley, SILVER LINING OUTREACH
throughout the year, will gather, collect and store
some well needed essentials that will boost up the
troops in order for them to stay motivated to
accomplish their missions. The Senator has a passion
for our troops as well. She will do everything in her
power to provide for the troops. Together, we can
create a project that will be far reaching.
Through donations, fund raisers and sponsorships,
SILVER LINING OUTREACH will be able to deliver
entertainment care packages to the troops being
deployed over seas. Items such as sports equipment,
books, DVD Players, MP3's, hand held video devices,
CD's, cameras, cam corder's, batteries, board games,
cards, dice, etc... These things will be personally
delivered to the troops at their stateside departure
points.
SILVER LINING OUTREACH will deliver care packages
to the stateside departure points along the east coast
during their family days. Dover, Andrews and Mcguire
Air Force Bases will be the delivery points. Also
SILVER LINING OUTREACH will collaborate with
deploying units to enable troops to obtain items at
their pre-deployment meetings.
