SILVER LINING OUTREACH has come together with the New York
City V.O.A.D and World Vision in the Bronx to help provide
assistance to families who become affected by fire. There are
many organizations in the New York City area associated with
V.O.A.D that have similar concerns for families affected by fire. In
2011, changes are being made in order to provide better services
for the mass amounts of families displaced by fire.
Together, we will be able to provide the needed first response
services, physical needs, essential needs and living assistance
to families all across the city. There are times when there needs
are beyond our individual reach and families need more. Working
collectively can ensure that resources will reach the affected
families when needed.
The NYC V.O.A.D allows all organizations to communicate and
effectively plan for events throughout the city and formulated the
best way to address the situations.
